How far in advance should I place my meal prep order?
Meal prep orders must be placed at least one week in advance. This gives our team time to confirm your selections, source ingredients, and prepare your order properly.
What meal prep packages are available?
The Great Eight Package includes 8 meals for $160, and the Sweet Sixteen Package includes 16 meals for $300. Additional standard or signature meals are $20 each, and custom orders are also available.
Can I customize my meals?
Yes. You can build your own meals, choose from our signature bowls and dinners, and tell us about your preferences during ordering. Build-Your-Own and Signature Meals count toward a package.
What comes with a standard meal?
A standard meal includes a 6–8 oz protein portion, one standard carb or starch portion, and one standard vegetable portion. Extra standard protein is $1 per ounce, while extra premium protein is $2 per ounce.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Please provide all allergies and dietary restrictions when ordering so we can discuss suitable substitutions. We prepare food in shared kitchens and cannot guarantee zero cross-contact.
Do you deliver meal prep orders?
Yes. Delivery is $15 within 20 miles. For addresses outside that area, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and any additional delivery charge.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery. Because ingredients and preparation are committed in advance, charges may apply after that cutoff.
Can I order proteins in bulk?
Yes. Bulk chicken, ground turkey, ground beef, carne asada steak, NY strip steak, salmon, and shrimp are available by the pound. Current prices are shown in the Meal Prep Packages section.
